Limited Return Options: Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand orders, returns are limited. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please read the following guidelines and always be sure to verify the item description, size and color(s) you are ordering:
Timeframe for Returns: All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Any requests received after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
Returns for Buyer's Remorse or Incorrect Selections: We understand that mistakes happen. If you wish to return an item due to buyer's remorse or incorrect selections. When handling a return of this nature, there will be a restocking fee of 50% to cover the expenses of the product and labor involved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns for Damaged Products or Incorrect Shipments: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will offer an exchange to ensure you receive the correct product. However, the originally shipped item must be returned to our processor before any refund or exchange can be issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of Pumpkin Soda for damaged or incorrect shipments.
